We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase, for full refund or exchange.  Custom made products or sizes are not returnable, unless the mistake is Tennis Court Supply's.

For returning items that you decide that you don't like, or want, you are responsible for the return shipping.  The item(s) can not show any signs of use or damage.  If so, they will be returned to customer at the customers expense.  Upon receiving the product(s), we will credit you the cost of the product, less any restocking fee's required by the distributor, but not the original shipping fee.  

An RMA must be initiated prior to any returns being accepted.
